At Lacrosse Bim, our services are built for real life in Athens.

Training should feel clear, calm, and well-structured — not stressful or confusing. We work with beginners, returning players, busy adults, and young athletes who want to learn the basics properly or improve step by step. Every session includes a simple warm-up, focused skill blocks, patient coaching, and a short recap so you always know what to practise next.

Our Services and Prices

1. Starter Lacrosse Session (60 minutes)

A calm first session to learn the basics, check your current level, and build a simple routine that fits you.

2. Skills Refresh (45 minutes)

A shorter session for busy days. Great for quick practice on one key area like passing, catching, footwork, or shooting form.

3. 1-to-1 Private Training (75 minutes)

Personal coaching with deeper focus and more time for repetition. Perfect if you want faster progress with clear guidance.

4. Small Group Training (2–4 people) (75 minutes)

Train with friends or family in a friendly, low-stress setting. Everyone gets attention, and the drills stay organised.

5. Beginner Basics Program (4 sessions)

A simple step-by-step program that covers the fundamentals: stick handling, catching, passing, shooting basics, and easy game movement.

6. Confidence & Control Program (6 sessions)

Built for players who want smoother skills and better control under pressure. Includes movement patterns, decision-making, and clean technique.

7. Match-Ready Training (8 sessions)

A longer plan for stronger performance over time. Focus on accuracy, speed, positioning, defensive habits, and smart fitness work.
